I swear it’s anything and
everything people/companies can get money out of us they will do it. I
purchased an application today, through my Iphone App Store, which did not work
properly. I got the FREE version a couple weeks ago and thought I’d try it out
and if I liked it I’d fork over the $0.99 for the actual app. I typically DO
NOT spend money on apps. Now I will probably NEVER spend money on another app.
I took to google to figure
out how to receive a refund for this app. Of course as most companies have made
it, hard to find a contact NUMBER because heaven forbid we actually talk to
someone about our issues. I found a couple sites explaining how to request a
refund, but guess what…the directions I was following did NOT WORK!!! Itunes
could not make it any easier for me. I finally found a number to call and he
looks me up and tells me I’m not available for Phone Support…Come again? What
do you mean I’m not available for Phone Support? Yeah I have to pay money to be
able to call someone at apple and request his or her guidance. How much you
ask? Only $69.99 a month. I think NOT!
