I've spoken a good deal of my on going experiences with okc and numerous encounters (and or dates). I've also touched on how my dad is continuously calling me high maintenance. "My Journey's" are something that I enjoy writing about so here comes another one from the archives.
This one is about a recent ending of a some what interesting fellow I met on okc. I DO remember his name, but if it's all the same to you we'll call him "A". From the very beginning I was enticed by his striking good looks. His pictures were easy on the eyes and he had a lip piercing that I thought was so hot. Our first date was amazing. It resulted in him asking me to be his Facebook friend. Just a word of advice, don't accept friendships on fb until things are official. Our second date was just as fun. He took me to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at the theater up the street. I hadn't seen it since childhood. I thought this was so cool. Things seemed like they were finally working out for me on okc. A stroke of luck I thought I had, but It didn't last long.
The point of this particular story is, "A" was kind of a train wreck. First he lived on his brother's couch. Not even with his parents which I've been known to let slide. But ON HIS BROTHER'S COUCH! He eventually did get his own place but still. Second he couldn't drive. I thought this was because of a condition. If by condition I thought 3 DUI's then I was right. Turns out he had a car, a nice car in fact, and he got mad when his step dad drove it around. Well that's what you get for being a dumb ass and getting 3 DUI's. This should of been a deal breaker. There are other things that came up while dating, but some things are not for this blog.
"A" basically had no direction. He worked at a bar and late nights came with the territory. Which is fine I just can't hang like that. Not anymore. It became noticeable rather quickly that we didn't have as much in common as I thought. I guess I was drawn to him because of his looks and interest in cartoons (as I'm huge on cartoons). This will be a lesson to me for the future. It lasted for about a month and for the best it has been over for a while now.

Good Post!
